The Gifts We (Should) Give Ourselves
Around the holidays, friends and relatives frequently ask each other for wish lists and gift suggestions. Award-winning, bestselling author Tanya Michaels believes there are certain “gifts” writers should give themselves. In this workshop, Tanya shares the top ten things she believes writers should do to advance their craft and careers, as well as the five unwelcome elements that should be thrown out faster than a moldy fruitcake.
Four-time RITA finalist Tanya Michaels is the author of more than thirty-five books, including two holiday titles this year: Second Chance Christmas, part of her Colorado Cades trilogy for Harlequin American and Swept Away for Christmas an e-book anthology also available in print through Amazon. She is a former board member of both GRW and RWA. Tanya loves trying to find the perfect gifts for the people in her life, but her wrapping jobs usually look like the result of a some tragic tape factory accident.
